Welcome...

TASCA is a non-profit sailng school with the goal of introducing the sport of sailing to the general public. We work in cooperation with the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation to provide inexpensive basic sailing lessons to anyone interested. No prior sailing experience is necessary and passing a swim test is the only prerequisite to taking the class.

If you are interested in signing up for classes in 2012, e-mail us by clicking here: info@sailtasca.org; or call us at 718-699-1951. You can download the application, fill it out and mail it back, with the check. Classes consist of seven consecutive weeks of a weekly three-hour on-the-water session.  We hold sessions in the Spring and Summer, and a shorter session in the Fall
